Terms and Conditions
Puolani Iki and Hau‘oli Place:
- Suitable for children (2-12 years)
- Puolani Iki has a California King size bed and a couch (does not pull out). It is suitable for up to 3 people, especially if one is a child.
- Hau‘oli Place has a queen size bed and a couch that pulls out to a queen size bed. It is suitable for up to 4 people.
All Homes:
- Suitable for infants (under 2 years). A pack and play and/or high chair can be provided on request
- Not suitable for pets
- No smoking
- No parties or events
- Remove shoes and slippas before entering the house.
- Please follow our house rules when checking out: 1) Do your dishes (leaving them in the dish rack is fine!) 2) Put your towels in the basket 3) Turn off the inverter to preserve power for the next guest 4) Put the key back in the lockbox
Payment:
- 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
- Full refund of deposit minus any credit card processing fees is provided if canceled within 48 hours of when reservation was initially made.
- Balance of reservation is due 15 days prior to arrival.
- Failure to pay balance of reservation 15 days prior to arrival forfeits the reservation.
- Cancelations more than 48 hours after reservation is made forfeit the 50% deposit.
- Cancelations made less than 15 days before arrival so not receive any refund.
- Any damage caused to the property or contents of the home will be the responsibility of the occupant.
- Occupant is responsible for obtaining trip insurance to cover sickness, weather-related, or other life or travel issues. No refunds will be given if the owner of the property can provide a safe, comfortable accommodation.
